This page explains what happens when you save a payment method with Brij, and it forms part of your agreement with us. Saving a payment method is governed by Section 6.3 of the Brij Platform Service Agreement.
1. Whether this is required depends on your Order Form. Most Brij agreements require you to keep a payment method on file. If your Order Form specifies a different arrangement, such as wire transfer, that applies instead.
2. What we charge, and when. When you have a payment method on file, we charge it for the amount shown on each invoice, on the invoice date. If you pay manually instead, the payment terms in your Order Form apply as usual.
3. We tell you before each charge. You get an email in advance with the amount and the date it will be collected.
4. If you save a bank account. We debit it by ACH for the amount shown on the invoice. We will give you at least seven days notice before changing when debits happen, and you can revoke your authorization at any time by telling us.
5. Disputed amounts. If you have told us in writing that an invoice is wrong, we will not charge your saved payment method for that amount while the dispute is open.
6. Changing or Removing it. You can change your payment method at any time from the invoice payment page, or by emailing [email protected]. If your Order Form requires a payment method on file, you will need to replace it rather than simply remove it. Removing one does not cancel a charge already underway or any amount you still owe.
7. Where your details are stored. With our payment processor, not with us. Brij never receives or stores your full card number or full bank account number.
8. If your agreement predates this page. By saving a payment method and accepting this authorization, you agree that this page modifies Section 6 (Payment of Fees) of your Brij Platform Service Agreement for as long as you have a payment method saved with us. Everything else in your agreement is unchanged.
