Follow the steps below to get started.
Add Brij’s Review Module, keep its five default steps in the original order, require registration with an email before review submission, and make sure Product, Style, or SKU Number exactly matches the Bazaarvoice ProductId. Then, publish the experience.
In Brij Automations, create a new Webhook automation. Add an External authentication using the webhook URL supplied by Brij, select the relevant Experience, and configure Review Submission as the only trigger with all available data points included.
Work with your AM to add the appropriate Bazaarvoice credentials to your Brij account for activation.
How do reviews get from Brij to Bazaarvoice?
▾Through a webhook. When a customer submits a review in your Brij Review Module, Brij fires a Review Submission event and posts the review to Bazaarvoice using your brand's API key and encoding key.
Do I need to be a Bazaarvoice customer already?
▾Yes, though there's no minimum Bazaarvoice tier. You'll also sign Bazaarvoice's Brand Client Partner Consent Form for Shared Clients, after which Bazaarvoice issues the brand-specific API key the Bazaarvoice integration uses.
Can I customize the review form in Brij?
▾You can rewrite the wording and labels on every step, and choose whether the photo upload is required or optional. You can't add, remove, or reorder the five default steps, because Bazaarvoice relies on that structure to accept the submission.
Can I display Bazaarvoice reviews in a Brij experience?
▾Yes, using Brij's iFrame module. Paste your Bazaarvoice widget embed code or URL into the module, and ratings, reviews, and photos load inside your branded experience, so a shopper can read reviews in the same place they register the product.
