Reclaim attribution and improve targeting by sending real-time retail and marketplace purchase data to Meta.
About the integration
Let Meta's algorithm optimize against retail, marketplace, and DTC sales.
Meta Ads is Meta’s digital advertising platform for reaching audiences across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and the Meta Audience Network. It helps businesses build awareness, generate leads, drive sales, and measure campaign performance using advanced audience targeting and optimization tools.
Attribute retail and marketplace purchases back to ads
Lower CAC with improved audience targeting
Quantify the impact of Meta ad halo effect
WHY INTEGRATE

Meta only sees what its pixel sees. A shopper who buys your product at Target never touches your checkout, so that sale is never registered in Ads Manager. Brij solves this by turning offline purchases into CAPI events. Immediately, more of your real conversions get attributed, lifting reported ROAS. Over time, the algorithm trains on complete audience data to improve your spend efficiency. Additionally, you'll be able to quantify the impact of halo effect as ads drive offline sales. Brij delivers real-time signal down to the campaign level.
Read More →Event match quality (EMQ) matters. Meta won't accept poor offline purchase data. Brij normalizes and SHA-256 hashes email, phone, name, city, state, postal code, and country before anything leaves its servers, adds your own external_id for the customer, and passes fbc and fbp raw when the shopper reached the registration from a Meta ad. Click identifiers are the highest-confidence way to tie a purchase back to a specific ad click, and a broad identifier set gives Meta the widest surface to make a confident match.

HOW-TO GUIDE
Follow the steps below to get started.
If you're new to Brij, book a demo of Brij Signal to get started. If you're already a Brij customer, reach out to your Account Manager to learn more.
In your account settings, add Brij as a partner. Your Account Manager can provide more information on how to complete this step.
No fighting with datasheets or technical implementations. Let Signal compliantly deliver your offline purchase data to Meta.
What does Brij send to Meta?
▾A Purchase event for each verified registration, carrying the purchase timestamp, value, currency, order ID, and SKU-level content IDs alongside the hashed match keys and a stable event_id. You can also send it as a custom brijPurchase event if you'd rather optimize and report on off-site conversions separately from on-site Purchase.
Will this double-count against my pixel?
▾No. Every Brij event carries a stable event_id, so any overlap with a pixel event of the same name collapses into a single conversion inside Meta.
What access does Brij need in Meta?
▾Two assets shared to Brij's Business ID in Business Manager: View Performance on the ad account, and Use events dataset on the dataset. When you assign them, select "Brij creates or manages audiences for my business."
Does this replace my attribution or MMM tool?
▾No; it feeds them. MMM, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality tools measure what already happened; Brij determines what there is to measure, by supplying the deterministic offline conversion signal underneath them.
