Sync offline buyers into Shopify as customer profiles for complete, cross-channel customer records.
About the integration
Make Shopify the system of record for every buyer, not just the ones who visited your site.
Shopify is a commerce platform that helps businesses build online stores, manage products and inventory, process payments, and sell across websites, social channels, marketplaces, and physical locations. It gives brands the tools to launch, operate, and grow their commerce business from one connected platform.

WHY INTEGRATE

Shopify knows who checked out on your site. It has no idea who bought you at Costco, and neither does anything downstream of it. Brij fixes that at the source: a shopper scans the code on the package, registers, and Brij creates a Shopify customer or enriches the one that already exists — tagged "Brij New Customer" or "Brij" so your segments and flows pick them up automatically. Momofuku ran this across Amazon and their first Costco launch and converted 20% of scans into registrations.
Read More →Registration is a moment of high intent, and Shopify lets you act on it immediately. Brij's Shopping Module puts accessories, refills, and subscription offers inside the experience, and checkout hands off to your existing Shopify flow — same fulfillment, same taxes, same order records, with subscriptions routing through tools like Recharge. Turtlebox registered 17,000 speakers and drove more than $40,000 in DTC revenue from accessory purchases in that same flow. Brij's dashboard reports that direct revenue separately from the longer tail of orders those customers place later.

HOW-TO GUIDE
Follow the steps below to get started.
Authorize Brij against your Shopify store. Your product catalog (titles, images, and content) begins syncing into Brij right away.
Use the synced product content to assemble a registration, warranty, or shopping experience in Brij, then attach it to the QR codes or links on your packaging.
Switch on the flow that writes registrations back to Shopify. New buyers are created and tagged "Brij New Customer"; returning buyers are enriched and tagged "Brij".
How does Brij data appear in Shopify?
▾As customer profiles and tags. The Shopify integration creates a Shopify customer if one doesn't exist and enriches the profile if it does, then applies a tag — "Brij New Customer" for a first registration, "Brij" for a returning customer — that you can segment and trigger on.
Do purchases go through my Shopify checkout?
▾Yes. The Shopping Module hands off to your existing Shopify checkout, so orders, fulfillment, and taxes run through the same workflow as your website, and subscription orders route through tools like Recharge.
Can I store full registration data on the profile?
▾Yes, using Shopify Flow. When Brij tags a profile, Flow calls the Brij Customer Registrations API and writes that customer's complete registration history into a brij.registration_metadata metafield — which brands use to power things like a logged-in "My Gear" page. This one requires a Shopify Grow, Advanced, or Plus plan, since Basic can't make API calls from Flow.
What Shopify data does Brij use?
▾Name, email, phone, address, and order history. Email and phone are the match keys that tie a registration to an existing Shopify customer, order history sets warranty start dates and informs product recommendations, and address is required by extended-warranty underwriters.
